A baseball uniform (Yakyu uniform) is a uniform worn by baseball players.

His early shirts had folded collars and long sleeves, following the style of sports shirts that were common at the time, and he can also be seen wearing a tie.

In the 1860s, shirts with breastplates emblazoned with the team’s initials became popular, followed by lace-up styles, before settling on the single-breasted, button-fastened style of the 1900s that continues to this day.

Zippered styles were popular in the 1920s, and buttonless pullovers were popular in the 1970s, but today there is a return to traditional styles.

Initially, it was worn with long sleeves rolled up, but by around 1900 it had three-quarter sleeves, and later evolved into half-sleeves and no-sleeves.

Although folded collars almost disappeared around 1910, and standing collars almost disappeared in the 1930s, there are still many cases in Japan where short standing collars are given.

In the past, padding around the neck and placket was used for reinforcement, but as materials changed, this was omitted, and today the remnants of this are left in the piping, commonly known as the “racquet line”.

Since the 1970s, polyester double knit and mesh materials have been used, greatly improving their elasticity and breathability.

Since the 2000s, compression wear has been used as an undershirt, and the appearance when worn has changed significantly from the traditional one.

For baseball uniforms, the most commonly used method is sublimation transfer.

With sublimation transfer, you want to express characters on goods in the same way as the original, and you want to reproduce the color scheme in the same way as the original.

The technology called sublimation transfer can meet these demands.

Moreover, we can handle small lots, which was not possible before.

Moreover, we can handle small lots, which was not possible before. Fabric Uniform materials include polyester mesh, polyester blister, and TC jersey. Printing Sublimation transfer is a decoration method that uses a special ink to vaporize the printed material using heat and dye it into the fabric that is adhered to it. Although the technology itself has been around for a long time, printing methods that required plates were the mainstream, making it difficult to handle small lots and color matching. Our “inkjet type sublimation transfer printing” has overcome these problems. Using special paper and ink, we thermally transfer printed paper printed with a large inkjet machine, so no plates are required. Since it is inkjet printing, it is possible to print even small quantities, and it is relatively easy to match the color to match the submitted data. There is no need for printing fees, and we are good at gradations.
