Production Flow of NEWWAY Plant
We will introduce you to the detailed production process of our factory.
We will check the production fabric before entering the warehouse. We control each fabric. We have reduced the number of fabric defects after the inspection. We have protected the quality of the production.
We proceed with cutting according to the technical manual. We control the entire process from the stretching to the cutting according to the strictest standards. 100% of parts are inspected. Only parts that have passed the inspection are sent to the site.
We will proceed with the printing according to the technical manual. Silk is the printing method we often use. From plate making to drying, we can complete the process perfectly. Of course, we are also good at inkjet, sublimation transfer, and heat transfer.
Sewing is the most important joint against apparel. Our skilled workers ensure quality.
We proceed with one-time and two-time inspections. To protect quality and avoid mistakes, we proceed through one-time and two-time inspections. Customers can rest assured.
We will package the accepted products. We will pack the products according to the customer’s request. During the packaging process, everyone wears a hat to avoid hair contamination.
After packaging, the product is passed through a needle inspection. By using a double-head needle inspection machine, no needle contamination can occur.
Receives finished products. After the needle is inspected, the product is placed in the case. We will check the product several times to ensure that the exterior and contents match.
